My WL Journal

I started Journaling all the things about weight loss that people want to remember.  The things I can do, things I would accomplish, things on my wish list.  The simple things in  life like being able to ride a plane without a seatbelt extension.  Being able to jog a mile.  Do a zip line.  Roller skate. Hike.  Things everyone takes for granted.  I never will take these things for granted.  I will appreciate every adventure.
